Wherever possible, every ingredient will be organic and produced using sustainable farming practices. All dishes are designed to share or stand alone as entrees or mains. Organic farming is governed by the seasons and is delivered to us soon after harvesting. Occasionally products are unavailable and in this case we will substitute something else, equally delicious, in it place.
